Why JCH

Quite simply, we are one of the best in the Senior Healthcare transaction business. Sellers and buyers have reliably turned to JCH since 1998 because we have cultivated long-term relationships in the senior housing industry. Every professional team member at the JCH Senior Housing Investment Brokerage is an expert in the long-term care and senior housing industry. The proven results? Our expert team has successfully consummated around 400 , often quite complex, facility transactions. Totaling in over 3 billion dollars in sales over the past 20 years.

Why? Our extensive network of lenders, operators, legal counsel, equity investors, tax advisers, licensing consultants, and insurance providers. This powerful knowledge base allows JCH to help facilitate even the most complicated transactions.

The senior housing and long-term care industry is constantly evolving. JCH is committed to staying well-versed with developing trends. Facility values. Trends in operations or operational analysis. Rental rates. Vacancy rates. Demographics. Financing opportunities. Yes, every aspect.

Frankly, some traditional brokerages resort to using a desperate “shotgun” approach to selling facilities . When sending thousands of brochures to everyone, any chance of maintaining confidentiality of the sale is gone. At JCH, we take pride in fine-tuning each marketing campaign to fit your needs, goals, and unique requirements. How is tailor-fitting each transaction possible in today’s Robust tough market? It’s our vast national network of sellers and qualified buyers.

Buyers consistently turn to JCH because we provide access to our exclusive nationwide inventory. JCH team members take the time to build relationships with each buyer, providing specific market data on each acquisition opportunity, ensuring positive outcomes and, most importantly, repeat business – the same reasons we’re favored with discerning sellers. It’s also why JCH is asked to be expert witnesses for court cases, to speak at senior housing conferences, and to contribute articles to numerous senior housing and real estate publications.

Whether you are buying or selling, let JCH Senior Housing Investment Brokerage help you reach your goals.

Kristina-Frazier As Executive Assistant at JCH, Kristina brings a wealth of varied experience that complements the team well. Her career started with an architecture firm that specialized in the construction and renovation of senior-care facilities. As their assistant, she did everything from documenting jobsites to ordering equipment and materials for the facilities, as well as helping clients with state licensing applications.

This experience eventually led her to become an assistant to a top-producing Southern California real estate agent with specialties in both historic homes and bank-owned assets. Kristina, who later became a licensed real estate agent herself, handled the bank-owned properties, overseeing them from assignment by the asset manager through close of escrow. In this capacity, she handled pre-market repairs, obtaining bids and overseeing the work, performed property inspections, and handled invoice management.

Before joining JCH, Kristina was a successful campaign manager for an event-based marketing firm, coordinating exclusive events with Fortune 500 retailers to create brand recognition and exposure for breakout products not yet in the retail market. She also trained event staff on set-up, marketing, and branding specific to each campaign.

With her history in advertising, real estate, and senior housing, joining the JCH team in 2017 was a natural progression in Kristina’s career.
