Our Story

Founded in 1998 by Jim and Cindy Hazzard, JCH specializes in the sale of Senior Housing Facilities. Over the past three decades, we have become a trusted name in the senior housing brokerage industry nationwide.

Our passion for senior housing runs deep because it’s a world we’ve been part of for over thirty years. Jim, one of our co-founders, supervised a massive network of over 31 skilled nursing facilities and 3,400 beds, gaining invaluable experience along the way. Cindy, with her background as an Assisted Living administrator for a national firm, brings a wealth of operational insights to our team. And then there’s Jennifer, who not only holds a Nursing Home Administrator license but also served as CFO for her family’s chain of skilled nursing facilities. This rich experience continues to fuel our dedication and success in understanding and meeting the needs of our clients.
