With a distinguished background in assisted living operations and advertising, Cindy brings unparalleled expertise to addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in today’s market environment.

As Co-Founder and President of JCH, Cindy has cultivated a prestigious brokerage firm specializing exclusively in the sales of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and other Long Term Care facilities. Her illustrious career spans over 400 transactions, totaling more than $4 billion.

Cindy’s journey to founding JCH began with her successful leadership of an advertising agency specializing in the long-term care industry, where she crafted effective marketing campaigns for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer’s facilities. Her extensive background as a licensed assisted living administrator uniquely positions her to guide clients in maximizing the value of their assets.

Cindy holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University. Beyond her professional endeavors, she cherishes spending time with her grandsons and family.

Jim Hazzard, Co-Founder

Jim brings extensive expertise in long-term care real estate to his role as Co-Founder at JCH. With a career dedicated to maximizing property value, Jim specializes in leveraging his deep understanding of facility operations and effective marketing strategies.

He has facilitated over $2 billion in senior healthcare property sales and has been instrumental in closing significant transactions within the industry. Jim’s comprehensive knowledge enables him to uncover hidden value and optimize investments for clients in the senior housing and assisted living sectors.

Jim’s commitment to excellence and industry leadership underscores his contribution to JCH’s reputation for delivering exceptional results in senior housing and assisted living real estate.

Jim holds a BA in Communications Outside of his professional endeavors, Jim enjoys trap shooting and cherishes spending quality time with his two daughters and grandsons.

Jennifer Contreras, Senior Vice President

Jennifer Contreras brings a distinguished career across multiple industries, marked by her military service as an Intelligence Analyst, making her an invaluable asset to the JCH team. Her experience includes significant roles in the skilled nursing sector as Controller and CFO, where she honed her skills in financial management and strategic leadership. Jennifer also holds a Nursing Home Administrator’s license, further enhancing her operational expertise.

Jennifer holds a BS in Accounting as well as an MBA. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to the healthcare sector through her involvement in various roles with the California Association of Healthcare Facilities.
