Guiding You Through Due Diligence

During the 30 to 60-day due diligence period, we guide you through each step. The buyer deposits a refundable cash amount into escrow and conducts their investigation, which includes reviewing the physical plant and financial statements. The potential buyer may also perform third-party studies such as appraisals, environmental studies, and property condition assessments. We minimize site visits to keep disruptions to a minimum.

Closing the Deal

In the final 15 to 30 days, we ensure all outstanding items are addressed. The buyer’s funds are wired to escrow, and upon closing, the funds are distributed appropriately. The new ownership is recorded, completing the transaction.
